Gripper for manipulation with moulding
Assignment: Develop and produce gripper for an automated manipulator.
Description: Purpose of the new design and usage of composites 3D printing was to get a gripper with exactly defined positions of features, with easy and repeatable setup.
Advantage is in less than half of weight compared to standard solution (5,5 kg vs. 2,5 kg).
Pneumatic and electronic features were delivered by co. Gimatic.
